Which of These do You Like Best?
I’m trying to figure out which of these graphics best depicts a multi-day event for entrepreneurs that is inspirational, full of great content, and introduces them to the “new generation” of business that is emerging post-recession. It will involve not just information, but music, movement, meditation, interaction, connection, spirituality and more. Won’t you help me out by voting on which you like best? Just leave a comment below with your favorite and why.

My vote is the first one! I feel that it helps to focus the evolution on the person and really depicts a joyful experience. I do like the tagline on the bottom one however: “evolve your business enrich your life”!
Best wishes on this exciting adventure-

A. A. A. all the way!
Good luck,

Hi Marcia,
I really like the top one with the word “evolve” in green and the softer colors. I do NOT like the one with the word “evolve” in red and the dinosaurs and darker colors.
The softer colors seem inviting, intriguing and speak to me as a woman solopreneur who wants to explore her creativity and grow and evolve.
The bright red “evolve!” seems like an angry command and the dinosaurs seem a bit out-of-place with the idea of a modern entrepreneur evolving. Or, almost like a graphic for a reality T.V. show. And the graphic seems even more unrelated to your content as your event is also going to include meditation, music, and spirituality. The dinosaurs and jungle and general “wilderness area” feel don’t seem to have anything to do with your content.
The softer colors with the smiling woman gives the feeling of artistry, alchemy, and joy. The colors are more cohesive and the font/graphic of the word “evolve” is harmonious and very pleasing to the eye.
The red evolve font is fragmented and jagged looking and leaves one feeling unsettled.
Just my two cents! Hope this helps, and sending you blessings.

Hi Marcia
I think they are both good designs, but the second one would be the one I would choose because it is “genderless” — the first one might give the impression that the event is for women. Just a thought.

Hi Marcia,
I like banner A over B since the B has velociraptors(sp)and conjures a negative image or something young children are fascinated with.
Based on your description of the purpose, banner A captures more of that message.
Good luck!

I prefer A. I get the concept behind B but feel people have evolved far beyond this concept. It also looks like the banners are cut on the right-hand side.
Happy Saturday!
“B” will be my choice. It displays the beginning of and the evolution of growth.
I personally like A Better.
If I have to pick, it’s definitely #1, although I don’t really like either of them.
I like the text graphic on B. The EVOLVE is striking! I am having trouble grasping the dinosaur concept however. Something that is more business focused – typewriter, quill pen, even cavemen or Indians around a camp circle (aka an early community) might work. It is all so subjective . . .
Hey Marcia,
Great idea testing which appeals. I have to be honest and say I don’t love either of them. 1. Not telling me anything – wishy washy (Its pretty, that’s it), 2. I like the extra wording “Evolve your business, you life.” the rest….nar….sorry can you go back to the graphic designer and ask for other ideas. I can certainly understand why you have asked for our option as I feel neither hit the mark and would not do your event justice.

Hi there, I like the concept of ‘B’ better, it’s quite unusual! i don’t think the full banner is displaying on the blog so this may already be on there. As i can’t see the full thing, I would just ‘evolve’ the banner a bit further and add a relevant image on the far right ie a woman looking wealthy and happy. And make the word ‘business’ more prominent so it’s quite clear what this is about.
good luck!
I like A – it’s feminine, fun, and light-spirited. It’s the image of a person, not an extinct animal. She is looking to the sky, sorta like the sky’s the limit.
I definitely prefer “A”. Even though the first one reads “Evolve”, my first thought was prehistoric, which feels like outdated, or how the dinosaurs died out. Not really the image that excites me when I want to grow my business. The first at least feels uplifting.
No clear winner. The first is more visually appealing, but too vague without the subtext in the second.
